We are pleased to announce that Ferdinand Steck Maschinenfabrik AG has been passed on to the fourth generation with effect from December 1, 2025. Adrian and Matthias Steck will take over the management of the company in the future.
Adrian and Matthias Steck have been with the company for several years and are very familiar with all its processes. Both bring with them in-depth technical and entrepreneurial expertise and are committed to continuing the company in line with our long-standing tradition. With their dedication and loyalty to the family business, they will actively shape the development of Ferdinand Steck Maschinenfabrik AG and manage the company responsibly. They will be supported by Stephanie Tanner, who is responsible for finance and human resources, has also been an active member of the team for several years, and has been a member of the management board since 2024.
We are also very pleased that Hans-Rudolf Steck and Yvonne Hirschi will remain important members of our company. Both will continue to be part of the management team and will actively participate during the transition period to support Adrian and Matthias Steck in familiarizing themselves with and managing the company. With their experience, expertise, and close ties to the company, they contribute significantly to the reliability and continuity of our business.
